2. Satisfaction Guarantee Period

30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund if you are not satisfied with your portrait.

Approval Process: Remember that you approve your portrait before final production begins. This ensures you're happy with the design before we complete the hand-finishing and framing.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers:

  • Quality Issues: Significant defects in printing, framing, or materials
  • Shipping Damage: Damage that occurs during transit
  • Accuracy Concerns: Major deviations from your approved portrait design

4. Refund Process

We'll first try to resolve your concerns through:

  • Replacement if there are quality issues
  • Additional revisions if within your tier limits

If we cannot resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we'll authorize a full refund.

Step 4: Return Process

For physical products, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be returned in original condition.

  • Digital Files: Once delivered, digital copies cannot be "returned"
  • Rush Orders: Additional rush fees are non-refundable if standard timeline was met
  • Custom Requests: Special customizations you specifically requested

8. Shipping Damage

Immediate Report: Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Replacement Priority: We'll prioritize creating a replacement for damaged items at no additional cost.

Insurance Claims: We handle all insurance claims with shipping carriers on your behalf.

9. International Orders
